Culture Coach International is a consulting firm based in Boston, MA. We help companies to better understand how corporate, national and personal culture is impacting the company and then we assist in leveraging this knowledge to improve the bottom line.

We provide high quality services in the areas of organizational culture, diversity and cultural competency. Our core belief that behaviors can be changed frames our interactions with clients during which we focus on the practical application of our expertise in the business environment. This provides companies with the leverage to shift both organizational culture and behaviors so that they reflect an inclusive environment that respects a diversity of thought, style, lifestyle and ethnicity.

During client engagements we focus on developing collaborative relationship where the strengths and skills of the client are combined with the cultural expertise of CCI to create practical and strategic applications. We are committed to creating an inclusive cultural dynamic that uses a broad definition of diversity so that all employees feel engaged and part of the exploration of culture and diversity. This creates an inclusive environment of “us understanding us” instead of the old paradigm exclusionary dynamic of “us understanding them.”

In training programs, an adult experiential learning style is used to create experiences that are engaging, experiential and fun. This model empowers participants to learn core skills and concepts through their active participation. This hands on approach to learning keeps the attention of participants as well as helping them to understand how to apply core learning concepts in the business environment.
