Customized Training Program
We have provided customized training in cross-cultural and diversity issues for over a decade. Our programs have reached more than 10,000 people. Our programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of the client and focus on creating an awareness of personal filters first, generating a curiosity and awareness about other people and finally, developing practical steps that can be undertaken to improve the working relationship between all involved.

Executive Coaching and Briefings
Executives have tight schedules and often have issues that are not shared by a large group of people. We are able to provide one on one coaching for executives who want to gain a deeper understanding of cultural issues or to discuss an issue in a private setting. We can also provide executive cultural briefings before people travel so that they have a knowledge of core cultural values and behaviors.
