Training Programs
With over 15 years of designing customized training programs, Culture Coach International is able to create engaging, interactive learning environments that help employees to understand the practical application to the work environment of key learning concepts. Training programs range from 90-minute presentations to programs lasting several days depending upon the needs of the client.

Training topics include: organizational culture, culture issues, cultural identity, the business case for diversity, exploring diversity and group cultures, multicultural leadership, management and teams, cross cultural communication, world religions, examining race, global healthcare and an introduction to the African American culture.

o Customized quick tips - based upon a corporate theme, tips can be produced for corporate communications, newsletters and intranets
o Online assessments - from mini cultural assessments to more in-depth tools, the assessments are an easy way to gain more information about how culture is impacting the company
