Diversity education is about creating educational opportunities for employees outside of the training room. This includes educational activities, posters, team meeting discussions, and other methods that engage employees wherever they are, every day. Our pioneering workplace strategy utilizes short, frequent, educational sessions that reinforce learning goals over time. We believe this strategy drives higher retention and application of content. The learning fits easily into the employees’ schedule, is action focused, and is directly applicable to the employee’s daily work. This ongoing education allows employees to continue their education, to deepen their understanding, and to explore the practical application of key concepts in their workplace interactions.
Diversity Training Programs: Instructor Led Training
Traditionally, diversity and inclusion training happened in the classroom with an instructor. This model is still an effective method for creating interactive, experiential activities and programs that engage employees and then provide them with insights they can use in their interactions with others. These programs range in length from an hour to a full day and they are focused on helping employees gain 'aha' insights into themselves and the world around them. We focus on principal-based learning that can be applied in many different situations and we help employees to understand the practical application of the training content.

Online Diversity Training Programs
Increasingly, organizations are turning to a blended learning solution that includes online training, instructor led training, and ongoing employee education. We are able to provide online diversity training programs that will help you to achieve your training goals. In industries such as healthcare where cultural competency training can be mandatory, we have developed both instructor led training programs, as well as online training which cover the same topics for employees and contractors who are unable to attend instructor led programs.

Manager Led Training - On the Job Diversity Training
Managers are key to creating cultural and behavioral change in any organization. We have developed a series of tools and methods that help to engage managers in both diversity and inclusion and cross cultural awareness for their teams. These methods have been developed as a way for managers with little or no background in diversity or cross-cultural issues so that they can present a core idea and then discuss its application with their teams in short 10-minute discussions. This creates an opportunity for team members to explore one key idea on how better to work together and to talk through ideas that they might not otherwise discuss. We have found that this helps to develop a better respect for each other and this increases team effectiveness.
