Day 2: Bias and Diversity Recruiting ​- Participants explore the impact of bias in how people perceive and understand DEI and how bias can cause challenges for leaders and managers.


Day 3: Designing Strategy and Choosing Metrics ​- Participants look at how to align DEI to strategies and the metrics to measure success. 


Day 4: Engaging Leaders and Employees ​- Participants focus on designing a DEI Communication strategy and how to engage senior leaders, managers and employees. 


Day 5: Employee Education and Supporting DEI Councils and ERGs ​- Participants focus on exploring two key activities that organizations support with a DEI program: Training and Councils & ERGs.

Day 2: Bias and Micro-Actions ​- Participants explore the impact of bias in how people perceive and understand DEI and how bias can cause challenges for leaders and managers.


Day 3: Having Brave Conversations About Difficult Topics ​- Participants explore how to prepare for, have and follow-up on conversations that tackle difficult topics while treating everyone with dignity and respect. 


Day 4: Being a DEI Champion ​- Participants focus on the role and what is expected, and how to be an ally for different communities.


Day 5: Creating a Culture of Inclusion ​- Participants focus on how formal and informal leaders all have opportunities to lead and shape organizational culture. 

Culture Coach International provides week-long courses led by two diversity expert instructors with more than 50 years of combined experience in the field of DEI. These diversity certification courses are offered for diversity practitioners and champions that are looking to deepen their skills and understanding on how to effectively design, lead and support diversity programs.


Both classes can be offered virtually and can also be spaced out such as offering one day every two weeks.
