Our team at Culture Coach has developed an organizational development program using micro-learning to help you build more effective teams and reduce the problems keeping you up at night.

The program covers twelve skill areas that build more effective teams.  The tools in the program can be licensed individually or as a package.

Each skill package includes three micro learning tools:

• A video about the skill

• An edugraphic poster which summarizes the skill

• A manager guide with additional background information and guidance

These materials can be used to augment a current professional development program, or they can be used to create a series of professional development trainings that can help teams to deepen their skills and improve their team effectiveness.
