Training
Been there. Trained that.  1998-2026

Your employees are drowning in change.
Your managers aren't equipped to lead them through it.

The research is blunt:

  • 73% of HR leaders say their employees are experiencing change fatigue — chronically, not occasionally. (Gartner)

  • 74% of managers are not equipped to lead change effectively. (Gartner)

  • Organizations with above-average change adoption grow revenue at 2x the rate of those that are struggling. (Gartner)

The gap between where your workforce is and where it needs to be is real. And it's costing you.

We offer a complete training continuum

Most training vendors offer one solution. We connect the pieces so the learning actually sticks. A keynote creates awareness. A workshop builds skills. A micro-video reinforces both at 6am on a job site. A manager discussion guide turns it into a team conversation on Tuesday morning. Culture Coach is one of the few firms that designs across the entire learning continuum and sequences each piece intentionally based on your workforce, your industry, and your moment.

Over 27 Years, 18,000 People Trained

We've been doing this since 1998. We've trained over 18,000 people across manufacturing, healthcare, construction, financial services, government, and global teams. We've built more than 500 tools and resources that organizations keep, reuse, and deploy long after we're gone. One workshop isn't going to fix it. But the right continuum will.

What We Deliver For Our Clients

Custom Programs — Always

We have never met a typical client. Every Culture Coach program is designed around your organization, your workforce, and your specific challenge. Customization is standard — not an add-on.

Practical Application Built In

Every program includes action steps participants can use immediately. Theory without application isn’t training — it’s a presentation.

Assets You Keep

Unlike consulting engagements that end when the contract does, Culture Coach can materials: videos, micro-learning modules, manager discussion guides, edugraphics that your organization owns and reuses. The investment compounds.

Energized Employees

Our experiential approach engages people, not just informs them. Attendees consistently report that they enjoyed the content and left knowing exactly what to do with it.

Trainers Who Adapt

In-person and virtual environments require different facilitation. Multilingual workforces require different content decisions. Dispersed global teams require different sequencing. We adapt — because reaching people where they are is the job.

  • We engage people with positive curiosity because that’s what creates the teams everyone wants to be part of.

  • We design for the specific learning environment,  in-person or virtually,  because format affects outcomes.

  • We believe experience matters. Designing and facilitating engaging training is a skill built over decades, not months.

  • Attendees report that they enjoyed the content and they knew practical steps on how to apply the lessons learned.

  • We support implementation with tools that reinforce key ideas and give managers a way to extend the conversation with their teams.

Frequently Asked Questions about Training

What topics does Culture Coach train on?

Culture Coach has been delivering workplace training since 1998, building a comprehensive library of programs in the professional development space including psychological safety, cultural competency, cross-cultural communication, change fatigue and resiliency, navigating difficult conversations, conflict resolution, civility in the workplace, collaboration skills, working on global teams, and leadership development. If your organization has a specific need not listed here, contact us.

What industries do you train?

Culture Coach has delivered training across manufacturing, healthcare, construction, financial services, banking, insurance, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and global corporations. We adapt content and examples to fit the audience — what resonates on a job site is different from what lands in a boardroom, and we know the difference.

Do you offer training in languages other than English?

We have the ability to deliver our micro-videos in 100 different languages. We take into account cultural differences when creating videos for multilingual audiences. For organizations with multilingual workforces — particularly in construction, healthcare, and manufacturing — we design content specifically for those audiences.

What formats does Culture Coach training come in?

Training is available as in-person workshops, live virtual sessions, blended learning programs that combine formats, microlearning video series, and train-the-trainer programs for organizations that want to build internal delivery capacity. Most organizations benefit from a combination, for example, a workshop to build foundational awareness followed by microlearning tools to reinforce key behaviors over time.

How do you customize a program for our organization?

Every engagement starts with a conversation about your goals, your workforce, and what’s getting in the way. We don’t sell a standard curriculum and swap in your logo. We design programs around your actual culture, your real challenges, and the specific people who will be in the room — or on the screen.

Can you train both in-person and remote participants at the same time?

Yes. We specialize in blended delivery — live sessions that include both on-site and virtual participants simultaneously. For globally dispersed teams, we also sequence micro-learning and manager discussion guides alongside live programming to extend learning beyond a single event.

What’s the difference between a one-time training and a series?

A single session creates awareness. A series builds behavior change. Culture Coach offers both — standalone workshops for targeted needs, and multi-session programs designed to progressively build skills over time. We’ll help you assess which approach fits your goals and your employees’ capacity.

Are your programs available on demand?

Yes. In addition to live delivery, training content can be produced as recorded on-demand modules for LMS deployment, self-paced learning, or internal resource libraries. AI avatar versions are also available for custom organizational branding.

What if we don’t have an internal L&D team?

Many of our clients don’t — and that’s exactly why they work with us. Culture Coach functions as an on-demand training partner: we scope, design, deliver, and build the assets. You don’t need an internal team to get great training. You need the right external one.

How long are Culture Coach training programs?

Program length is tailored to your goals and scheduling constraints. Culture Coach offers everything from all-day sessions, focused one-hour sessions, such as the Building Resiliency While Navigating Change program, to multi-session programs and company-wide initiatives. For distributed or mobile workforces, micro-learning tools deliver training in 3–5 minute increments that require no dedicated training time.

What is the train-the-trainer option?

Culture Coach can develop training content and materials designed specifically for delivery by your internal facilitators. This includes programs adapted to the skills and experience of your in-house trainers, so the content continues to reach employees long after the initial engagement. This is a practical option for organizations that want to build sustainable internal training capacity rather than relying on external delivery indefinitely.

What industries has Culture Coach trained?

Culture Coach has delivered training across a wide range of industries and audiences, including construction, healthcare, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, banking, nonprofits, corporate environments, and global teams. We have trained plant workers, senior leaders preparing for international travel, and entire company-wide workforces. The breadth of experience means we adapt quickly to new organizational contexts without a learning curve at the client's expense.

What makes Culture Coach's training approach different from other providers?

Culture Coach teaches core principles rather than rules, which means participants develop flexible understanding they can apply across situations, not just compliance with a checklist. Programs are experiential and interactive, which research consistently shows produces better retention and behavior change than lecture-based delivery. Every program includes practical action steps, so employees leave knowing exactly what to do differently on Monday morning. And with 25+ years of experience, our facilitators bring real depth to the room.

How do you ensure training actually sticks after the program ends?

Behavior change requires reinforcement over time, a single training event rarely produces lasting results on its own. Culture Coach builds reinforcement into program design through supplemental tools, micro-learning resources, team discussion guides, and follow-up materials that keep the conversation going after the workshop ends. For organizations committed to sustained culture change, we can sequence multiple touch points intentionally across weeks or months.

How do I know which training program is right for my organization?

The best starting point is a conversation. Culture Coach offers a free 15-minute call to understand your goals, your workforce, and your constraints before recommending any specific program or format. There is no cost to that conversation and no obligation, we would rather help you figure out the right fit than sell you something that doesn't solve your actual problem.

Why Hire Culture Coach for Your Training Program

27 Years of Doing This Well

Culture Coach has been designing and delivering workplace training since 1998. That longevity is not a marketing number — it represents a library of experience across industries, workforce types, organizational sizes, and learning environments that newer firms simply cannot replicate. We’ve trained plant workers and C-suite executives, National Guard members and global team leaders, healthcare workers and construction crews. That breadth shows up in every program we design.

We Don’t Do Generic

Every Culture Coach program is built for the organization that hired us. We start with your goals, not our catalog. The content resonates because it was designed for your people — not retrofitted from someone else’s template.

The Full Continuum, Intentionally Sequenced

Most training vendors do one thing. Culture Coach delivers the full spectrum — instructor-led workshops, live virtual sessions, micro-learning video series, AI avatar videos, edugraphics, manager discussion guides, webinars, and train-the-trainer programs — and sequences them deliberately. A micro-video can prepare employees before a workshop. A manager guide can extend the learning after it. We design for sustained behavior change, not a single event.

We Build Assets You Keep

Unlike consulting engagements that walk out when the contract ends, Culture Coach builds training assets your organization keeps and redeploys. Videos, toolbox talks, edugraphics, and facilitation guides remain in your library — delivering value across new hires, new locations, and new cohorts long after the initial engagement.

We Reach the Workforce That’s Hardest to Train

Dispersed teams. Multilingual workforces. Employees who can’t step away from a job site for a full-day workshop. These are the audiences most training vendors quietly skip. Culture Coach specializes in designing for the full workforce — including mobile-first, Spanish-language, and blended-environment delivery — so no one gets left out of the learning.

Over 500 Tools and Resources

The Culture Coach portfolio includes more than 500 training tools and resources developed across client engagements and industries. That depth means we’re rarely starting from scratch — and that accumulated experience makes every new program smarter and faster to build.

Research-Grounded, Practically Delivered

Our training is built on verified research — from Gartner, Accenture, Harvard Business Review, and other primary sources — and translated into practical tools employees and managers can actually use. We don’t traffic in theory. We build skills people apply on Monday morning.
